BioPharma Pty Ltd offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase or a receipt.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@biopharma-australia.com. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect product. We will promptly evaluate the issue and resolve it.

3. Exchanges

The quickest method for exchanging an item is to return the product you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new product.

4. Australian Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies if the goods fail to meet statutory guarantees.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once your returned item is received and inspected, and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
